I'll start off...

I'm Siddharta, one of the organisers of Chennai OpenCoffee Club and also an organiser for Proto.in, an event to showcase startups to investors.

My passions are in improving software delivery, agile methodologies, building up the local tech and startup ecosystems, microcommunities and programming (Python and Javascript at the moment).

I have a startup, Silver Stripe Software, where I write tools for agile project management.

I'm primarily a developer ,obsessed with small companies . Was one of the first few developers at TutorVista -the online tutoring startup ,in developing its rich and interactive applications like it's whiteboard and calendar apps . Apart from authoring the javascript library and client-side frameworks at work, I also get a kick out of worked on human-computer proof-of-concepts and other garage hacks which has been the case since my college days . These days I spend my time spear-heading Returnable Project - 'the hard to explain in one sentence' web content delivery framework , authoring the Reusable javascript library , part of the team running TechEnclave.com since 05, winding down on a bootstrapping model for myu next startup , and other things client-side . My name is Ravi. I am one of the founders of www.Dilsebol.com, an online customization company that allows users to create their own designs online for t-shirts and more - these designs are made to order and shipped all over India within a couple of days. I am in the business development side which means technical things are mostly Greek and Latin to me - which probably puts me in the minority here in this group :-)

Other than this, I like playing squash, tennis, cricket, long distance running and chess. Used to watch a lot of movies but of late, havent had the luxury of time to watch too many movies! Am always on the look out for new ideas that I can help implement and commercialise and thats what has drawn me to this group!
