No this will not be like a toll free number. Simply put this is how it works: A number is assigned to the particular user group: example COCC will have a regular landline/mobile number assigned to it.Callers can listen to messages hosted by the COCC or leave their own messages/updates/feedbacks/suggestions/information requests etc. On one side it will be as if this website developed voice! we can make it as organized as we want it to be!

Here is a simple App like I explained above: for COCC we can create a number - it is obviously available for all. If the moderator/organisor for the next OCC meet wants to send a news to the members he/she can record the message and send this voice SMS to all the subscribed recipients.

We can use this as a voice broadcaster for COCC. And what's more - the same number can be shared across the globe at no cost. here is how: the Voice SMS from mobile is interfaced with email IDs listed as well. So if any of the members are traveling but still want to stay connected, they can listen to the messages via internet.
