Software Engineer - Worked in Audio, Video, network streaming, data communication
and transmission.

Requirements:
• BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, PhD (IT, Computer Science or ECE)

• Good Knowledge of C and C++

• Good knowledge of Video Codecs (H.261, H.263, MPEG-4, H.264 etc.) and/or Speech
quality Audio Codecs (G.729. G.723, GSM, Speex, G.711 etc.)

• Networking and Operating systems, Device Drivers, Kernel Programming

• Strong knowledge of audio/video transmission issues – RTP, RTSP – quality analysis –
Jitter buffer algorithms – error correction – echo cancellation, noise characteristics,
silence detection and suppression, etc.

• Strong understanding of memory and buffer management.

Preferred:
• Knowledge of other developmental tools/platforms like Java, etc.
• Knowledge of Telecom protocols – SIP, H.323
• Knowledge of Assembly Language Programming
