Hi friends, I am Madhan a B.Tech holder, and i have also completed my CCNA. I love to work in IT. I dont know how to start. Do any of the start ups recruit freshers??

- Madhan, A few things to say double-quick to you.
1. You are in this group that is meant for entrepreneurs and the budding ones. This is not a typical job-site. You know it. There is no place here for diffidence and giving a lost-in-the-woods picture. Real entrepreneurs and the real-blossoming ones have one common trait - living with risks, some of which may not even be taken by a company that has Rs.50,000 crores reserves. Such risks are clearly analyzed and taken by entrepreneurs with a fair idea of the down-side.
2. You should be knowing it clear that a sense of desperation is slowly overtaking you to that extent that you are not even responding to an invitation, but again going back to asking for guidance or help. How do I say this? In my msg., I clearly offered to sit with you and find out your capabilities and what are probably missing. I am talking about that 15-minute meeting that I offered. But you haven't even responded to that, but going back to your chosen theme of seeking guidance. Now, tell me this. How can somebody guide you, when you are not even accepting the hand-shake and the invitation to meet? Meeting people is something any budding entrepreneur should be eager about, as every one who dons the mantle of 'entrepreneur' is a bundle of hopes, thoughts, dynamism, accomplishments, contradictions and even pathological optimism. You have to see the world standing on the shoulders of entrepreneurs and not necessarily successful ones, but any one who has the heart to reach out.
3. I am out from Chennai and will be back on 2nd October. Can meet you on the same day or immediately after, provided you still think you have entrepreneurial ambition and not looking for a job, though any one who shows interest in you should be responsive to your requirement for getting a break and certainly some money. Yes, you can also offer yourself as an 'intrapraneur'. All these nomenclatures apart, it is your 'proven skills' and/or the non-routine engagement patterns (for which you are available) that matter.
4. I would like you to go through the following weblinks to get a larger understanding of 'entrepreneur'. Besides, you should do a bit of your own research also and satisy for yourself if you want to be an entrepreneur. If, ultimately, it appears to you that you didn't want to become an entrepreneur, but just wanted to get a break and get some experience, shoot out your resume, but still knock at people and respond meaningfully when they open up.

- I offer to make a coffee-meet with you, Madhan. May be, that can trigger you into thinking on quite a few avenues that have not come to your mind so far. I can have exactly a 15 minute meeting with you. Out of this, 5 minutes is for you to explain your goals, the strategy that you are coining or already have in place to reach them, the constraints you face and what are the options before you to overcome them. I can meet you during day time on week-ends and late evenings on week-days. We should fix up the mutually convenient time at least 10 days in advance, as I travel out considerably. If you are already settled with one or or other opportunity, I wish you all well and we can still keep in touch.
