- Born and brought up in Trichy. I am a son of Mr.R.Lakshmi Narasimhan, Retd. Accounts Officer (Southern Railways) and mother is a house wife. Studied in Mahatma Gandhi Centenary Vidyalaya upto 10th standard. Then studied in E.R.Hr.Sec.School upto 12th std. Did my B.E.(Mech) in Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Engg. in 1992. Started my career in Simco Engg. Ltd., Trichy, then joined GHCL Ltd., Veraval and worked there as Maintenance Engineer for 2 years and Quality Manager for 8.5 years. Worked in Kirloskar Pneumatic Co.Ltd. as QA Manager & MR for 2.5 years, in Vijai Electricals as QA Manager for 1.2 years, in a Delhi based Consultancy firm as a free lance consultant for system implementation. Now working with TQM International Pvt. Ltd. as Counsellor for various Management system and Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/ Business Excellence consultancy. My family members are Wife and a 3 year old daughter. I did Dip. in Industrial Safety aslo, Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), Assessor for CII-Exim Bank business excellence award model, Kaizen-Lean Champion, Six Sigma Black belt, Level-2 Certification in NDT(PT,MT,UT,RT).

Thank you for your reply. As Ours is the Govt concern it is not our decision to impliment these type of Improvement Ideas. Anyway I understand that TQM may well suited for Power Station like ours. If you have done any such project for Major power stations please inform with outline just for Knowledge shake. Don't take much stress . Thank you once again
