Contract Manufacturing to be Brought under TDS net
This is bad news for SME and Start ups. 2.06% of gross revenue will be deducted as tax.

If implemented, ancillary units will be badly hit. Their margins are already squeezed. I hope, it doen't become a law. If VAT is paid TDS should not be collected. This is one aspect.
