Yes, I am a marketing company in the US. We, too, are a startup specializing in providing low cost services for our small and startup clients. Web design is one of those. We are looking for a low cost resource to partner with.
I would always be good if you can point to your website which has a gallery or portfolio. If you have no customers, it still make sense to put out some templates. Without anything like that it is a non-starter, especially when you claim 'Catchy'. So…
